Business Background
Mr. Chang Zihao, the founder of Weihao Enterprise, came from a poor family that made a living by selling rice. He learned resilience and hard work from a young age, which became an important foundation for his later entrepreneurship.
When I was 16, I took up the task that others did not do, and used it as a training.
I started working at Tatung Company, received valuable training, learned a lot of skills and knowledge, and became an expert in problem solving in the eyes of my colleagues with my ability to focus on problems. I also grew up well under the guidance and support of the company, and later passed the Class A electrical examination.
After completing military service at the age of 23
He decided to start his own "automatic control" business. The early days of the business were very difficult, and he and his family worked overtime in the basement to meet deadlines. After 1980, technology took off, and even as the era of Taiwanese businesses relocating overseas arrived, he remained committed to cultivating this land, which became an important belief that kept him going.
15 years of R&D in machines, software, systems and equipment
