  • The unique design solved movement friction and gravity of molding machine as well as high-order precision measurement control is provided, so that can enhance measurement accuracy. Filling accuracy of injection piston 10φ can keep above ±0.0008g.

  • The unique L-shaped injection tube can reduce the distance between screw and injection piston. A nozzle is equipped to extend into a cast opening about 50mm, so that the size of material head and cast path can be reduced. Moreover, molding pressure can be more sensitive to transmit.
